Expert Interprofessional Funds

EHT, an accredited training organization, seeks for its Catania office a figure to manage independently, the design of notices and courses financed aimed at companies with interprofessional funds.
The resource we seek will need to:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' training needs and develop customized solutions that meet specific requirements.
• Create effective and fundable training programs through available funding opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage the resources needed for program implementation, including trainers, teaching materials and technological tools.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of funded training with set goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant prior experience and writing skills in designing complex plans;
• In-depth knowledge of regional calls for continuing and higher education and interprofessional funds/regional funds applications etc;
• Mastery in the use of major computer tools;
• Precision and attention to detail;
• Ability to analyze and understand clients' training needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
