CONNECT aims to develop a new business model by creating a collaborative framework among outlying local communities, public agencies, private businesses, cultural organizations, trade associations, community groups (residents, etc.), and others, with the goal of fostering the economic, social, cultural, and technological development of these outlying communities through the promotion of their cultural heritage.
