The resource will have the following duties:
- Management of APL operational activities and collaboration with the Skills and Training Business Unit team;
- Management and development of relationships with client companies, public agencies, territorial partners;
- Design and promotion of customized services for businesses (search and selection, training, internships, apprenticeships, etc.);
- Analysis of employment needs in the area and development of opportunities for candidates;
- Monitoring individual pathways and supporting users' job placement;
- Preparation, management and reporting of funded projects (Youth Guarantee, GOL, ANPAL Region, etc.);
- Oversee the proper record keeping and feeding of institutional platforms (exMyAnpal, Silav, Ciapi, etc.).
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Employment Agencies or similar settings, in management roles;
- Excellent knowledge of key active labor policy tools and relevant regulations;
- Established skills in business relations and promotion of HR services;
- Organizational ability, results orientation, teamwork aptitude;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Effective communication skills, including in written form.
Preferred requirements:
- Working knowledge of management platforms (exMyAnpal, Silav, Ciapi, etc.);
- Familiarity with public calls and notices related to employment and training;
- Experience in complex project management and reporting.
